Register and Login

While you register with Fresh@Door, we may collect the following personal information about you: Name including first and last name, email address, mobile phone number, Address & Postal code, Landmark, etc. and information about the pages on the site you visit/access, the links you click on the site, the number of times you access the page and any such browsing information.

You have to register and login for placing orders on the Site. You have to keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the site. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the shopper agrees to receive promotional communication and newsletters upon registration. The customer can opt-out either by unsubscribing in “My Account” on the site or by contacting the customer service.

Pricing Fluctuations

All the product categories posted on the Site. These products will be sold at MRP values unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery will not affect the customer’s ordered value.

Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis some of the commodities do change on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as per dynamic values.

In case, the prices are higher on the date of delivery, no additional charges will be charged. However, If the product price reduced, then as per good gesture with customers, we will refund the delta/deviation amount to them at the time of the delivery of the order.

Online Store/Auto Cancellation / By Customer

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime by logging to your account panel as well as by contact to our customer care up to the cut-off time of the slot in contact details.

Return & Refunds policies

All the Food Products are non-returnable. However, you can return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason you are not satisfied with the quality or without any reason for the product. We will happy to take the returned product back with us and will start the refund process, if the order is pre-paid..

In case paid-through online transaction, immediately we will initiate a refund of the return amount to customers and will keep you informed about the status.

The refund amount will be sent to the payment method you have used to make the payment. It will appear in your bank in 5 to 12 working days depending upon your payment method and your bank.
