HOW JO PREPARE:
Step 1:Take 1Kg of pothu pieces. Wash and drain off excess water
Step 2: Marinate the pothu pieces with Kerala Pothu Roast/Fry Mix for 20 minutes. (If the meat pieces are
less than 1Kg, take the meat roast mix proportionately)
Coriander, Chilli, Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Bengal Gram, Pepper, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Vinegar, Nutmeg, Maze, Clove, Curry Leaf, Turmeric, Salt, Coconut, Oil.
Use completely within one month of opening the packet.
Once opened, store in a closed container and keep in the refrigerator only. Use a dry spoon only.
