HOW TO PREPARE:
Step 1: Take 1Kg of the chicken pieces. Wash and drain off excess water
Step 2: Marinate the chicken pieces with Kerala Chicken Fry Mix for 30 minutes.
(if the chicken pieces are less than 1Kg, take the fry mix proportionately).
Step 3: Shallow fry the marinated chicken pieces till it is done.

Use completely within one month of opening the packet.
