HOW TO PREPARE:
Step 1: Take 1Kg of the chicken pieces. Wash and drain off excess water.
Step 2: Marinate the chicken pieces with Kerala Chicken Curry Mix for 15 minutes.
(If the chicken pieces are less than 1Kg, take the chicken curry mix proportionately)
Step 3: Add 600 ml of water (can be less too) and cook until the required consistency is attained.
